While roof replacement can be done during most seasons, there are certain advantages to having it done in the spring. In today’s post, roofing company JAM Roofing takes a look at the reasons why you should have your roof replaced this season.

It’s not too early to start enjoying savings on your cooling costs, especially with the summer season coming in a month’s time.
  2. It’s not the busy season yet. Most homeowners schedule their home improvements, including roof replacement, during the middle-to-late summer season because of the mostly clear weather. The outdoor temperatures are also ideal for curing adhesives used for roofing. However, spring has similar conditions, and won’t dramatically impact the quality of the finished roof. Plus, you’ll have better chances of hiring your preferred roofing contractor on the date of your choosing.
  3. Lower risk of delay. Roofers tend to have back-to-back projects during busy seasons.
